Tom’s experience is deep on both sides of the desk. Before Quattro, Tom formed Arrowhead Direct Marketing, growing it into a multi-million-dollar agency with such clients as The Kroger Co., The Royal Bank of Scotland and Service Brands International. Prior to this, he led the East Coast office of CFM Direct, one of the largest Direct Marketing agencies in the country.

Tom’s client-side experience with Advanta Corp and Fleet Credit Card Services gave him the opportunity to pioneer large-scale card acquisition programs. While based in the UK, Tom also spearheaded marketing for Advanta’s joint venture with The Royal Bank of Scotland.
