Quattro Direct Wins Benny Award for GMAC Mortgage/ditech.com Direct Marketing Program

June 12, 2007 - Berwyn, PA – Quattro Direct is proud to announce that it has been recognized with the 2007 Benjamin Franklin Award for Direct Marketing Excellence in the Financial-Cross Sell/Retention category for a direct mail program created for GMAC Mortgage/ditech.com.  This is the third time in three years that Quattro Direct has been awarded a Benny.

The winning campaign, promoting various home equity products, consisted of highly-customizable direct mail formats for GMAC Mortgage Direct, Retail, ditech.com and other customer segments.  The highly adaptable creative design establishes unique messaging for both the cross-sell and activation audiences, allowing the message to remain fresh to the customer while saving on production costs. 

“Our challenge was to convey a meaningful sales message to a variety of customer audiences within the same mailing and printed components. Through creative design and flexible messaging we were able to produce advertising that uniquely accommodates all of the various divisions of GMAC Mortgage.” said Scott Cohen, managing director, Quattro Direct.  “This cross-sell and retention campaign continues to be the workhorse of the GMAC/ditech.com’s retention efforts.  It has proven itself even in a down mortgage market.”

As a result of the monthly marketing campaign, GMAC Mortgage has experienced both  increased response and conversion rates over prior initiatives.  Benny winners are determined by a panel of direct marketing experts who award 30 winners and honorable mentions in 34 different categories.

Quattro Direct and Maven Communications Add Bilcare Pharmaceutical Packaging to Client Roster
The direct marketing/ advertising and public relations firms join forces to create a comprehensive brand building campaign for the U.S. division

Quattro Direct Wins Benny!
The Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association awarded the 2006 Benny Award for Best Electronic E-Mail Campaign to Quattro Direct for the Student Trust "Federal Loan Consolidation" Program. The successful e-mail campaign was developed and implemented by Quattro Direct Vice President, Steve O'Driscoll and Rebecca Koch. The June 7 awards ceremony featured a sold-out crowd at the World Café Live in Philadelphia. Quattro Direct staff on-hand to accept included Managing Partners Dan Boerger, Scott Cohen, Doug Guyer and Tom McNamara. The campaign called for two follow-up emails to nearly 12,000 selected individuals that expressed interest in loan consolidation with our client in the past year that did not act previously. The campaign achieved a healthy response rate and an extraordinary 55% conversion to application rate. Emerging Markets Business Unit Takes Off
Quattro Direct Managing Partner, Tom McNamara has announced the formal expansion of its' Emerging Markets business unit to address the needs of the U.S. Hispanic marketplace. "More and more of our clients are asking us to help them develop innovative, culturally-sensitive marketing strategies, so we built a 5-star team of Hispanic marketers to meet this need."

The debate over whether to reach out to U.S. Hispanics began to heat up a year or two ago. Even though most savvy marketers know that the Hispanic market is bigger, younger and increasing its buying power faster than any other minority group in the United States, marketers have done such a poor job of targeting this group that many CMO's, although they are more eager than ever to reach out to Hispanics, are discouraged by the results of their efforts thus far and unsure how to proceed. Quattro Direct Takes the Benny Award for Best Technology Campaign!
June, 2005 - The Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association awarded the 2005 Benny Award for Best Technology Direct Mail to Quattro Direct for the V-Span "Gain Your Communication Independence by July 4th" campaign. The successful campaign was developed and implemented by Quattro Direct Vice President, Steve O'Driscoll and V-SPAN's Allison Lattanze and Bill Smith.

The marketing strategy called for the selection of 20,000 B2B prospects for a direct mail offer of one hour of free interactive audio and webconferencing services followed up by an outbound call to book the prospect's initial conference by July 4th. The unique campaign concept coupled with well coordinated delivery produced superior response rates and ROI.

The recognition provided by the award demonstrates Quattro's industry leading expertise in providing integrated media delivery through alternate media channels including online advertising, live interactive web seminars, email transmission and sophisticated ROI tracking.
